This 2 bedroom ocean front condo is located in the well-maintained Four Winds Condominiums Resort on South Anastasia Island. Available for your enjoyment is the ocean view, pool side unit on the east side of A1A on Crescent Beach Florida near St Augustine. Only the pool, grass and the boardwalk over the dunes are between you and the beach. The master bedroom and the living room face the Atlantic Ocean while the guest room faces the Atlantic Intercoastal Waterway. The views from this unit are breath taking! We offer weekly, monthly, long-term and some daily rentals.

The unit was beautifully remodeled (November 2006) with new flooring, linens, kitchen cabinets/countertops, bathrooms, ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living area and fresh paint. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need as well as a washer and dryer to make your stay a pleasant and memorable one. A short walk on the board walk puts you on one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida. This townhouse features two bedrooms upstairs (3rd floor) for maximum privacy and late sleepers. The Master bedroom has direct access to the completely remodeled bathroom and features two large closets. Both bedrooms feature cable TV/VHS/DVD, a dresser with a mirror, new linens, new cashmere carpet and ceiling fans. The 2nd floor living area includes a full size kitchen, great room with dining (seats 7-table and bar) and living area, very large half bath, and screened balcony. New 16-inch ceramic tile flooring through out. New Central Heat and Air Conditioning as well as a basic telephone service.

ACTIVITIES AND ATTRACTIONS Crescent Beach is wide between the dunes and water's edge with the tide both in and out. The gradual grade/depth changes allow safe play and fishing at the shore. Exquisite shell collecting makes this the perfect family beach. A half-hour walk at the south end of the island is Mantanzas inlet with outstanding fishing and short-cut access to the Intercoastal waterway for small crafts. To the north is eight (8) miles of beach leading to St. Augustine. A boat ramp is 1 mile north on A1a at Devil's Elbow fish camp. This ramp provides access to the Atlantic Intercoastal Waterway.

All Renters must be 25-years old 9% Tax on all Rental Rates $68.90 cleaning fee $250 Refundable Security Deposit ($7.55 fee if paid by credit card) No Smoking/No Pets SECURITY DEPOSIT is due upon confirmation of rental. The deposit is fully refundable after your stay pending key return and inspection of the premises. Refunds are usually mailed witin three (3) days. Deposit is not refundable if your stay is cancelled. Rent and cleaning fee plus applicable taxes are due 30 days prior to your arrival. Otherwise, rental will be re-opened to others. Sorry, but once paid these fees are not refundable unless we are able to rent the unit to others after your cancellation.
