This 2 bedroom, 2 bath first floor condo with tropical decor is located on beautiful Anastasia Island, St Augustine Florida. Walk 3 minutes from your door and you are on a beautiful residential BEACH or walk 3 minutes to a dock on the INTERCOASTAL and try your hand at FISHING. The FLOOR unit has a screened patio with lounge chairs overlooking a lawn and palm trees; this is one of the most beautifully decorated units you will find. The mattresses are the best, for no back pain in the mornings. We have everything you will need for a wonderful beach vacation, even beach chairs and umbrella.

SWIM in the very large pool or take a day trip on the owners PONTOON BOAT down the Intercoastal Waterway to St Augustine for sight seeing. GOLF at one of the many excellent courses in the area. Crescent Beach is adjacent to St Augustine Beach which has a European feel and many historical attractions. There are many beach access RESTAURANTS that will capture the sun and surf. The sounds are so relaxing. At night take a GHOST tour through the historic city or dine in the pubs with the pirates. Marineland is 5 miles away.
